Material and Structure
Main Material: Usually made of food grade wood pulp paper and PE film or paraffin wax on the inner and outer surfaces. Food-grade wood pulp paper provides a certain degree of strength and stiffness, while PE film or paraffin wax serves as a moisture barrier to prevent the wood pulp paper from softening and deforming due to exposure to moisture.
Double-layer or multi-layer structure: Some of the cold drink paper cups are made of double-layer or multi-layer structure, such as double-layer kraft paper with a heat-insulating layer in the middle, in order to enhance the heat-insulating effect and the overall strength of the cups, as well as to improve the aesthetics and the feel of the cups.
Characteristics
Good low-temperature resistance: It can maintain stable performance in 0℃-5℃ environment, and will not be ruptured or deformed due to the low temperature of cold drinks, ensuring the safe serving of drinks.
